stressed..

so i took an hour off during work to go to the alameda county court house to get my ticket waived. waited in line until it ws my turn and the clerk didn't want to clear my citation because of my insurance not being valid at the time of the citation which occurred a month ago. wasted time. so i decided to go to the California Highway Patrol station near work to see if I can get an officer to clear my citation. the officer cleared it without even looking at my proof of insurance. so now i'm still left confused on how I can get this dispute of my ass. My point is, i'm trying to avoid having to go to court to get this cleared. My question is, now that I have the violation cleared by the CHP officer, can I just send in my proof of insurance along with the citation signed off and call it a day? fuck! this is making me go nuts, I should have asked the officer what to do. Looks like i'll have to pay one more visit to the CHP office again to get this cleared. FUCK THE POLICE! i swear the world would be better off if we weren't harassed by stupid municipal officers with nothing better to do in the middle of a canyon road. So kids, make sure you have proof of insurance and all that bullshit if you are ever pulled over from cop dicks like officer Scott. you fucking bastard!
